The newest Nintendo Direct has been announced. While fans knew that a summer direct would likely be announced for June following the company not attending the Summer Game Fest, Nintendo has finally revealed an official date for June 18th, 2024.
The livestream will start at 7:00 AM PST, and is expected to run for close to 40 minutes. As talks and rumors surrounding a successor system to the Nintendo Switch have been common around the internet lately, Nintendo has directly told fans in their announcement post that no mention or details of another console will be revealed at this time. Instead. the Direct will be focused on upcoming games and other titles coming to the Nintendo Switch in the second half of 2024.
